By accessing or using the Great Learning platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered learners, and enterprise clients. Great Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, servers, or systems connected to the Services. • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or engage in conduct that restricts other users from using the Services. • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content, materials, or assessments without prior written permission. • Share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

To access most features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Great Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

All program fees are listed in USD or INR as applicable. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. By enrolling in a paid program, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the program content. After this period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. EMI and financing options are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institutions.

All content on the Great Learning platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is the exclusive property of Great Learning or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Great Learning does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes as a result of completing our programs. Career support is provided as a best-effort service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Great Learning in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
